This years The Red Sock Ball will be held at The Manor Park Hotel in Cardiff. The evening will consist of speeches that will highlight the achievements of the Red Sock Campaign from 2007 to 2018 and the progress made in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer over the same period. Musical entertainment and a Welsh comedian to entertain after dinner. There will also be a silent auction.
Every £1 raised on the evening will be added to the existing Red Sock monies and will support purchasing an item/items for Velindre that will improve the patient/carer experience.

The PSA blood test should be at least offered as part of an annual health check for ALL men, it would then be the mans OWN choice as to whether he decides to have the health check offered to him.
